Community Employment Specialist

Candidate will work as part of our Community Employment Services team and must be professional, self motivated, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals! This position involves working Knox and surrounding counties with fleet vehicles provided for travel. Your role focuses on on skillfully supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in preparing for, obtaining, maintaining, and succeeding in employment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends required on occasion.

Qualifications

Candidate must have good communication skills, both verbal and written, a high school diploma or GED, and must pass a background check and drug test. Must have a valid driver’s license with less than 6 points and be at least 21 years of age.
