Full Time, First Shift

Monday-Friday

20-50 Hours

• Site Preparation: Sweeping, cleaning, and clearing debris from the surface before the asphalt is laid.
• Tool and Equipment Support: Gathering and transporting tools like shovels, lutes, and spray cans, and filling water or fuel tanks.
• Joint and Edge Work: Helping prepare transverse joints and smoothing edges to ensure a proper seal and grade. 
• Traffic Control: Working as a flagger or setting up cones and warning signs to direct motorists and pedestrians safely around the work zone.
• Material Handling: Shoveling, raking, and luting hot mix asphalt into areas that the paving machine cannot reach.
