ForeverDads is seeking a full time Case Manager/Fatherhood Coach to work in the Marietta area.

Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM with some evenings

Job Description:

-The Case Manager provides direct support to clients

-Assessing needs

-Developing service plans

-Connecting to resources

-Advocating on their behalf. 

-1 year of case management experience is preferred

-A Drivers license is required.

-Starting wage is dependent of experience

This role plays a vital part in helping individuals and families achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success in alignment with the mission of ForeverDads. Maintain knowledge of local resources and build relationships with service providers 

Children with involved fathers are at lower risk of infant mortality, emotional and behavioral problems, incarceration, alcohol and substance abuse, and suicide. ForeverDads will be a driving force in the community for the development of healthy families; transforming the lives of men as fathers to be full partners in raising their children.
