Supervisory position responsible for overseeing programs that provide assessment and case management for adults and youth ages 14 to 24 with barriers to employment. Through client interviews, evaluation, and career planning, a plan of services and activities will be developed leading to employment. Will also participate in the competitive procurement process to contract with vendors providing services to the target population. This position will work closely with and assist the Columbiana County Program Services Coordinator.

Must have knowledge of case management and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Good computer and data entry skills required. Position will involve group presentations, outreach activities, and coordination with partnering agencies, adult education providers, and employers. Local travel involved. Must have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance. Knowledge of the public workforce system as well as community resources a plus.

Hours: M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM most days. Flexibility is expected.
