Join Our Team as a Machine Operator! Adecco is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator I (2nd Shift) in Mount Vernon, OH! In this role, you will assemble high-quality tire repair patches using a combination of machine operation and hands-on work. Key Responsibilities 

• Operate production equipment such as clicker machines, cut and lay machines (Tech 1000 & 1001), Z-5002, and related machinery 
• Assemble tire repair patches using rubber and fabric materials 
• Load, mount, and set up material rolls on machines 
• Feed and maintain supplies for continuous production Inspect product quality and remove backing materials from completed patches 
• Enter production data and record labor and inventory accurately 
• Follow detailed work orders and ISO documentation 
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces, including machines and floors Move finished goods to the next stage of production 
• Perform additional tasks as assigned 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• At least 1 year of prior work experience (manufacturing experience is a plus) Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work both independently and in a team setting 
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) 
• Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods 
• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 55 lbs regularly, occasionally more) 
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed 
• Visual ability including close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception Strong coordination and agility
