In-Home Care Coordinator
Job Description
The In-Home Care Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination, supervision, and administration of Country Neighbor Program's community service programs. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality home delivered meals, homemaker and personal care services by coordinating staff schedules, maintaining compliance with funding source requirements, supporting quality assurance efforts, and serving as the primary liaison between clients, staff, referral agencies, and administration.
Desired Skills
Must be able to pass criminal background check, physical, and drug screen, ability to use technology, good communication skills both written and spoken, familiar with Microsoft Office programs, good computer skills.
