Position: CNC Machine Operator

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment in a fast-paced machine shop environment. This role supports production operations through machine setup, program verification, and quality machining processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment.
- Perform machine setups and prove out programs.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support shop productivity and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience required.
- Experience operating and maintaining CNC equipment.
- Ability to read and follow machining specifications and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
