Lead Engineer, Software Development (Green Dot Corporation; Cincinnati, OH): Perform coding and code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Ensure quality deliverables/releases, and adhere to the established Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines. Gather and verify technical requirements. Develop and review technical designs, defining and implementing best practices for the architectural direction of the designs. Establish on-time and on-budget project goals. Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects. Plan and coordinate project schedules and create project assignments.
