REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 12/16/26-5/1/27. Must agree to 48 hr work week. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 12 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires ability to lift 50 lbs., extensive pushing and pulling, and driver requirements.

JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery and vehicle, such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems. Dismantle defective machines for repair, using hand tools. Record details of repairs made and parts used. Reassemble machines and equipment following repair, testing operation and making adjustments, as necessary. Clean and lubricate parts. Test and replace electrical components and wiring, using test meters, soldering equipment, and hand tools. Tune or overhaul engines. Examine and listen to equipment, read inspection reports, and confer with customers to locate and diagnose malfunctions. Repair or replace defective parts, using hand tools, milling and woodworking machines, lathes, welding equipment, grinders, or saws. Drive trucks to haul tools and equipment for on-site repair of large machinery. Fabricate new metal parts, using drill presses, engine lathes, and other machine tools. Repair bent or torn sheet metal. Calculate bills according to record of repairs made, labor time, and parts used. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
