Job Title: Direct Support Provider (DSP)
Description:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live meaningful, active, and independent lives.
What You'll Do
● Support individuals with daily living and personal care needs.
● Encourage independence, choice, and personal growth.
● Assist with community activities, appointments, and outings.
● Help individuals develop and maintain daily living skills.
● Follow individual service plans and provide safe, respectful, person-centered care.
● Build positive relationships with the individuals you support.
● Document services and communicate important information to the team.
● Promote dignity, choice, inclusion, and independence in everything you do.
● Provide transportation to and from activities.

● Previous DD experience is helpful but not always required—training will be provided.
● Ability to meet the physical and scheduling requirements of the position.
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the position.
Position: Part Time or Full Time available
Shift Hours: Differing shifts available, ability to accommodate your schedule.
Location: Muskingum, Licking, and Coshocton Counties. Work in one or all three.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; able to pass a background check, physical, and drug test. Training provided.
