Adecco is hiring immediately for a Night Lead at Colgate-Palmolive in Cambridge, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a global leader in a clean, tobacco-free manufacturing environment. This Night Lead position will be part-time, 2 nights per week, but additional hours are available in production for interested candidates. Lead Associates earn $14.44/hour and work 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM-6:00 AM. 

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain staffing coverage throughout assigned shifts
• Support attendance management and call-off coverage
• Assist associates with questions and concerns
• Monitor employee performance and adherence to policies
• Communicate operational issues to client shift coordinators and onsite management
• Assist with orientation activities
• Support payroll-related processes and documentation

Requirements:

·        Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

·        Steel-toed shoes or boots required

·        Must follow all safety protocols including PPE and hygiene standards
