Job Purpose:

Coordinate resources (vehicles, drivers, schedules) to meet the demands of multiple passenger contracts and on-demand transportation orders.

Duties include:

Answering calls, emails and texts to collect information and communicate with moblie units.

Addressing problems and suggest solutions

Act as the liasion between drivers and customers.

Provide customer service

Assess ongoing situations and prioritize calls.  

Plan and coordinate the daily schedule in the most efficient manner, using the available resources within the allotted deadline.

Communicate and document changes 

Build relationships with drivers and customers to foster cooperation

Monitor local road closures or detours and communicate to drivers efficiency.

Qualifications:

High School or GED (minimal)

Must be able to work flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends or holidays

Stong knowledge of the roadways in the central Ohio area.

Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to follow to procedure and regulations and multitask.

Ability to rapid input (typing skills)

Strong knowledge of Excel
