NOTICE OF POSTION OPENING
POSITION TITLE:
DAY REPORTING PROGRAM DIRECTOR
The Court of Common Pleas, General Division, is seeking an individual to serve as Director for the Day Reporting Program. Under the direct supervision of the Deputy Court Administrator and general supervision of the Court Administrator, this position will be responsible for administrative and clinical supervision of the court’s in-house Day Reporting treatment program. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, coordinating and directing all aspects of the Day Reporting Program in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations which govern the program, as well as all initiatives directed by the Court to assure the highest degree of programming to be delivered and maintained at all times. Other duties include managing all Day Reporting activities, updating policy and procedures, providing leadership to the department and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to the program philosophy.
Qualifications: Must possess a Master’s degree in counseling, social work or a related field. Must possess at least five (5) years’ experience in treating mental health and substance use disorders or experience in criminal justice or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess current independent licensure in the State of Ohio as an LPCC, LISW or LICDC. Must have experience in completing assessments and facilitating skill building groups. Program management and supervision experience required.
