Position Summary

We're seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations on second shift. This role is responsible for safely moving inventory, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse activities.

Reports To: Lead Forklift Operator/Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
• Move, store, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory.
• Perform equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and climb.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.
• Regular interaction with equipment, inventory, and team members.
