Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do

As a DTF Heat Transfer Operator, you’ll help turn digital designs into vibrant, long-lasting prints. You’ll be working with our DTF heat press to apply pre-printed transfers onto garments with precision, care, and an eye for quality.

·        Operate DTF heat press equipment to adhere designs to garments

·        Position transfers accurately and ensure proper alignment on each piece

·        Inspect garments and transfers for quality, clarity, and consistency

·        Follow production schedules and maintain an efficient workflow

·        Assist with prepping garments and organizing orders

·        Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

·        Partner with production teammates to keep the hive running smoothly

Experience is helpful, but not required—if you’re reliable, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
