POSITION SUMMARY
Seeking enthusiastic, flexible, and service-oriented individuals to join its Adult & Teen Services team. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving library environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service to adult and teen library patrons
- Assist patrons with library resources, services, and general inquiries
- Work independently and collaboratively with library staff
- Support daily operations within the Adult & Teen Services department
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for a diverse community
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Creative, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset
- Passion for serving adults and adolescents
- Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, Saturday, and occasional Sunday afternoon hours
