This is not a traditional Assistant General Manager role. Our General Managers oversee large-scale operations that may include multiple service locations, complex logistics, significant P&L responsibility, and teams of 100+ employees.
The General Manager Trainee role is designed to prepare high-potential leaders for future General Manager and operational leadership opportunities across our national network.

Responsibilities
- Learn all aspects of propane operations, logistics, safety, customer service, and business management
- Partner with experienced leaders to drive operational performance and team success
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training, coaching, and real-world business experience
- Support sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer retention initiatives
- Gain exposure to budgeting, KPIs, workforce leadership, and P&L management
- Prepare for future General Manager opportunities within the company
Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate after approximately 12 months in the development program is required
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Growth-minded, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly
- Operational, logistics, transportation, service, or related leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel within region as needed
